- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of how SS Advantage works and helps authors facilitate in achieving their goals and ambitions.
- Answer SS Advantage members’ questions and inquiries.
- Responds to emails from SS Advantage Members promptly.
- Search and canvas leads for SS Advantage membership
- Facilitate SS Advantage purchases to completion.
- Serve as a representative for SS Voice.
