I danced with your demons, through dark corners of
your mind.
I waltz with your fears, through the dark depths of
your soul.
I held your heart, a beautiful black rose, like a
corsage on my chest.
Spinning and turning until your darkness consumed
me…
LOVE YOU THROUGH IT
I will hold you so tightly, erase the pains of the past.
I will embrace the dark places in your mind, and
replace them with love’s light.
I will wipe your tears, while reminding you of your
worth.
I will love you, unconditionally, especially the broken
parts…
LOVE’S COMFORT
My love wants to suffocate the cataclysm within your
soul.
Extinguish the fires burning within your mind.
Remove the black embers from around your heart.
Clear the smoke from your eyes.
Release what broke you, so you rebuild you again…

I’m Jen Crepeault, though some know me by my pen name, Jeanine Crepeault. I’ve been writing since 2001, but the truth is, I’ve always been a storyteller at heart. Growing up, I was the kid tucked between bookstore aisles, roaming libraries, and hunting through antique markets, anywhere I could get lost in the magic of words. That love for books was something I shared with my mom, and it’s shaped so much of who I am today.
My work includes Forget Me Not, September Rain, Dancing Shadows, and Loves Moonlight, which has been published. I write from the heart, inspired by quiet moments, raw emotion, and the strength it takes to be vulnerable. Poetry and storytelling are how I connect, how I breathe.
Alongside my creative work, I also hold degrees in accounting and business management. I like to think that gives me a unique balance, creativity grounded in resilience. A close friend once described me as a strong, independent woman who leads with honesty, love, and a fierce sense of justice. I try to live up to that every day, showing up with warmth, loyalty, and a little bit of humor too.
