We at Seven Story Publishing do not accept Generative AI submissions in any form. We write this statement to make clear where we stand as a publisher on the subject.
Seven Story Publishing does not use AI in any way, shape, or form when handling author and artists submissions.
No AI in Magazines
Seven Story Publishing won’t be, under any circumstances, publishing AI generated images or writing.
We use only stock images or original art (provided by the author) for blog posts and story thumbnails. We don’t accept AI images.
We do not use AI in any way, shape, or form to tamper, edit, proofread, augment, or change an author’s work. We firmly believe in posting and promoting the author’s work the way they wrote it, save for obvious grammatical and formatting errors. This is not only out of integrity but out of a genuine desire to help authors promote their work and to expose the publishing industry to more authentic voices.
Closing Remarks
We understand authors and artists feel as though they are battling with a force that is out to replace them. There is nothing on Earth that can replace the craftsmanship and dedication of human art and philosophy. Seven Story Publishing aims to maintain the human element of creativity and will never post or use Generative AI.
